"Ellie was fantastic. Took us through the set-up evolution step by step in a seamless, efficient phone call and process. The fact that she took the time to mail us a quote with her business card attached pretty much got our attention above all others. The price is excellent and is saving us about $100 per month for the same coverage we had with a competitor of theirs. I highly recommend her and her office."

The agency is also working for their clients. They call annually to see if they can save me money. When Dylan isn’t available they all chip in to help. Now my neighbors are insured with them. "Highly recommend this office!! Eliani Acosta has had my auto and renters policies under her care and i couldn’t be happier with the service. When my total loss car accident happened back in April I called her panicking because I’d forgotten a copy of my ID cards and in less than a minute I had a copy of them in my email. I was so so so grateful then, and again when I added my new car. She made the process swift and stress-free. I’m really big on those human details. Her compassion and empathy in both instances made me feel really well taken care of. I couldn’t thank her enough if I tried! She is AWESOME, 10/10 service.
