"They got my business because of the attention to detail, this company hires good people who care and I was impressed. My background is I’ve had three companies before since the 90s and I was very impressed and I left another company to sign up with Statefarm because of that attention to detail, I even personally told the owner how good the representative was. "Whereas other companies are increasing their rates, this company has been systematically lowering their rates. They have given me the absolute lowest rates for my cars …lower than others who said they would beat State Farm. It didn’t happen. Their best rate was still higher than James Boruff and his team gave me. "Ellie was fantastic. Took us through the set-up evolution step by step in a seamless, efficient phone call and process. The fact that she took the time to mail us a quote with her business card attached pretty much got our attention above all others.
